ilumin is one of a handful of local companies participating in The Gallup Organization’s Entrepreneur Acceleration System (EAS) program. Gallup developed this program through research of the world’s best managed companies to help us make the most of our potential to grow in the community. The program began in March and will continue through 2013, and will provide a rich toolkit of resources to equip us to drive customer and employee engagement and business outcomes.
We recently completed our Gallup StrengthFinder surveys to explore our individual strengths, and attended our second of six sessions at Gallup this morning to learn about leveraging those strengths for “Creating Business Vision.” This process is inspirational and invigorating. We’re looking forward to seeing where it leads us!
